Clongorey Construction is run hands-on. The person who prices your job is the person on site while it is being built. There is no layer of management between you and the work, and no surprise name turning up on the first morning.
We take on a limited number of projects at a time so each one gets proper attention: the same core trades throughout, a site kept tidy, and a schedule you can actually plan a life around.

Site visit
We call out, look at the space, hear what you have in mind and take our own measurements. No charge, no pressure to proceed.

Drawings & fixed quote
You receive a written scope with a price built from the drawings. Anything provisional is named up front, so the figure holds.

The build
A confirmed start date and a sequence of work. You get a weekly update, a tidy site, and a direct line to the person running it.

Snag & handover
We walk the finished job with you, note anything that needs refining, put it right, then leave you the certificates and care notes.
